Robert H. Easter Jr., CRL My name is Robert Easter (Bob) and my membership number is 11102. I’m a second-generation locksmith and have been in the industry full time for about 38 years. Having served on the board as the Northeast regional advisor for the last two years, I don’t want to bore you with background information. What I do want to do is thank you for allowing me to serve on the board and ask that you would consider voting for me again for a second term. I feel the association is making great strides, and I’ve enjoyed working with the group that’s presently on the board. I ask that you would allow me/us the chance to continue the necessary work to get the association to where it needs to and should be. Thank you very much for your consideration. Whiting, CML, CFL, CFDI I have been in the security industry for 36+ years. I have been teaching since 1992 and an ACE Instructor since 2003. I currently perform lock, safe, auto theſt and other security-related forensic examinations and analysis nation- wide, fire door inspections in the Northwest, and teach various security and forensic topics at venues in the U.S. For the Office of International Region Director Vote for One (1) Only Eligible to vote: Active, Probationary, Retired, Life, Company members whose business address is in any location other than the United States or Canada Yoshio Suzuki, CRL I am running again for the international director position. It has been a great experience serving the past four years as director, including having a chance to talk with so many locksmiths. I traveled at least three times to the United States of America in one year. Also, in order to participate in Asian events, I visited countries other than Japan every month. I would like for locksmiths around the world to have a chance to talk with each other. The ALOA Asia meeting was held twice, and many people participated. The number of ALOA members increased thanks to the meeting. Moreover, members had a chance to communicate with each other and learn more about ALOA. I am worried about the number of members of ALOA decreasing every year. Also, while there are many hard-working ALOA members around the world, there are scammers doing poor work. What’s more, edu- cation on ethics is needed. ALOA has a wonderful influence on the locksmith industry around the world. I would like to be a part of that experience for two more years. While it’s true that the language barrier is something of a problem in the international arena, ALOA headquarters continues to help us overcome this challenge. Please cast your vote for me. 40 KEYNOTES MAY 2014 WWW.ALOA.ORG
