I got out of the Marines in 1967 and st working in the locksmith industry. Aſter 40 years in the industry, I decided it was time to give back to the locksmith industry. While w ing as a manufacturer’s representative for ASSA ABLOY EMS/OEM division, I was elected as the A northeast director in 2006 and again in 2008. In 2010, I was elected secretary, and was re-elected in 2 I am now running for my final term as the secretary of ALOA SPAI. Major changes have taken place while I have been on the board. I am honored to be part of those cha which have made ALOA SPAI a much better organization. Arnold, CML It has been my pleasure to serve on the ALOA board for almost four years now. It has been both challenging and rewarding. My first year was mainly learning the ropes. My second year took me on multiple trips to meet with various groups and attend shows in my area. I have also spent a lot of time at ALOA headquar- ters as we have made some serious changes. Some of my qualifications include: Certified Master Locksmith; worked in the locksmith business for over 30 years; owner Securitex Locksmith in Carrollton and Dallas Texas: served the ALOA board as South Cen- tral Director since 2010; member of TLA, ALOA, SAVTA, and NTLA; former president of TLA and NTLA. ALOA is making very exciting changes and I feel a responsibility to see these changes occur with our member/owners best interests in mind. For the Office of Northeast Region Director Vote for One (1) Only Eligible to vote: Active, Probationary, Retired, Life, Company members whose business address is in CT, DE, DC, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VT, VA, WV, APONY, Quebec, Labrador, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island William L. Mandlebaum, CML I own a two person shop in Bowling Green, OH, a small town south of Toledo. I was one of the first to achieve the certification of RL by testing in 1986. I have since worked my way up to CML. I am currently finishing up my third two-year term as president of Penn-Ohio Locksmith Association. I have been active in volunteering in several capacities with ALOA. I am a past president of Keys Square, a Masonic organi- zation for locksmiths.
