Matthew David read the elections results, and a motion was T made by Jim Hancock to accept the elections results. Jim Wied- man seconded the motion, and it was adopted unanimously. Proxy Barry Roberts discussed results and will retain all proxy ballots until their final disposition is determined at a future membership meeting.
