IN MEMORIAM On November 18th, 2015 Phil Echard passed away. He was ALOA member 8011 (a member since 1978); there aren’t too many four-digit members left. He was a member of Penn-Ohio Locksmith Association and served as president in 1984-85. He also served as education chair- man for many years. The journey to the meetings of Penn-Ohio are about 2.5 hours each way from his house, and we made that journey about 11 times per year since 1982. He was a very devoted member. Af ter serving as editor of The Locksmith Ledger, he served as sales manager of Taylor Lock Com- pany, which merged with Ilco Unican, until he retired in 1992. Bob was a member of the Greater Philadelphia Locksmiths Association.
