What’s New ALOA Updates Member IDs A LOA SPAI recently updated the look of its photo IDs for all associa- tion members. ALOA’s new soſtware and printer allow for more vibrant colors and a larger selection of backgrounds, which in turn helps make the cards look more professional. The new ID format has the cardholder’s information on the front, as well as a photo and a background related to the member- ship type. Specifically: ALOA cards have a red, white, blue and black banner that mirrors the ALOA colors; SAVTA cards have a vault door in the background; AIL cards have a silhouette of a city sky- line representing the buildings being served by that membership; and IAIL cards have a microscope in the background. The back of each card has the logo for the respective division, as well as the ALOA logo. The cards — which are $15 for one organi- zation or $25 for two organizations — are available through the ALOA store online, and at the Bookstore at the ALOA 2014 Con- vention & Security Expo in New Orleans. If you’re interested in receiving a new card, email [email protected] or call (800) 532-2562, ext 102. You’ll need to provide a recent photo, which you can email to ALOA at [email protected].
