Mark Daigle is a seasoned construction industry leader with more than 30 years of experience and a proven record of growth, leadership and hands-on expertise. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Lamar University, where he also played collegiate baseball — an experience that shaped his com- petitive spirit and drive for excellence. Since joining Fireproof Contractors, Inc., Mark has been instru- mental in driving company growth, elevating operational perfor- mance and positioning the organization for long-term success. Throughout his tenure, he has served in multiple key roles, includ- ing installer, estimator and project manager, before advancing to his current position as president and chief executive officer. Mark’s leadership is defined by a deep understanding of both operational execution and strategic vision, along with a com- mitment to safety, quality, teamwork and innovation. He lives in Houston with his wife, Deanna, and their four children. Brady Johnson Region President, Texas, Hoar Construction Brady Johnson is Region President for Texas at Hoar Construction, where he leads operations and business development efforts across the company’s divisions in Austin, Houston and North Texas. In this role, he drives strategic growth, oversees daily oper- ations, recruits and develops talent, and ensures exceptional client experiences. After earning a degree in construction science from Texas A&M University, Brady joined Hoar Construction in 1998. He began his career in the field as an assistant superintendent and advanced to general superintendent in the company’s Birmingham, Alabama, office. In 2013, he relocated to Texas to manage operations across the company’s growing divisions. Brady was named region president in 2024 and continues to provide key leadership across all three offices, focusing on building strong teams and delivering quality projects.
